We are so happy to let you know that we’ve worked hard to upgrade our shipping options for you over the last few weeks and can confirm that your candles will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard (3/2/21.)

Tracked 48 offers more comprehensive tracking for you (you’ll receive the code in the dispatch note from us,) + Royal Mail will send you an SMS notification regarding your parcel’s journey so you are fully in the loop. :)

SHIPPING

Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail TRACKED 48 and is free of charge to you, included in the cost of the candle.

There is also an option to upgrade to Royal Mail First TRACKED 24 at the checkout for an extra fee, should you want a faster delivery.

All orders aim to be dispatched within 48 hours of them being placed. You will receive a dispatch note once this happens so you are up to date.

We are not Amazon (which is one of the reasons we hope you are here, :) ), so do not dispatch at the weekend.

RETURNS ETC.

IRUSU. offers a 15 day return policy from receipt of your order. The candles must not have been used! A refund will be issued when the goods are received back at IRUSU. Towers. All return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, and we are not responsible for any damage to the returned goods. Please make sure you send your returns with proof of delivery. Please email us for the address for returning and include any order information within the returned box so we can identify it!

Our candles contain sustainable soy wax and pure essential oils. Please be mindful that essential oils are made of different natural compounds that some people may have allergies to.

EARTH - Patchouli, Black Pepper & Basil

(Note: contains Estragole, Linalool, alpha-Pinene, beta-Pinene, d-Limonene, and delta-3-Carene. beta-Cayrophyllene)

DAWN - Bergamot, Grapefruit & Orange

(Note: contains linalyl acetate, beta-Pinene, citral, limonene, and linalool. )

DUSK - Lavender, Rosemary & Eucalyptus

(Note: contains alpha-Pinene, beta-caryophyllene, beta-Pinene, I-Limonene, trans-alpha-Bisabolene.)

Avoid release to the environment. Do not eat. Avoid contact with skin. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice / attention. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations.
